“Hunting horns in the gardens of Malmaison”

On the occasion of the European Heritage Days and as part of the events of Napoleon Year, the FRTM, in collaboration with the National Museum of the Château de Malmaison and the Château de Bois-Préau, and with the participation of the FITF, invite you to a horn concert in the gardens and halls of honour of the Château de Malmaison.

These events will be animated by the sounders of the Institut Musical Dromer, all of whom are international or French champions – including Romain Renard, Jérome Amelot, Yannick Bureau, Grégory Pichard, Gilles Herman, Gustave Cuypers, Guillaume Cintrat, and François Bouttet – conducted by Nicolas Dromer, with the participation of the Rallye Trompes d’Yauville. This year, Napoleon Year, the horn – which is listed by UNESCO as an intangible heritage of humanity – will sound Hubert Heinrich’s composition Échos à l’Empereur.

Grand fanfares and choirs are schedules at 2pm, 3pm, 4pm and 5pm in the gardens and the halls of honour.
